Whether you wish to have an ESTATE SALE or DOWNSIZING SALE, we will be your one stop shop. Your home will be emptied and we offer optional cleaning and handyman services. We will leave your home ready to show to the new or prospective buyers!
Our responsibilities...
*Sorting, Cleaning, Researching and Pricing of all items to be sold.
*Preparing Sales Site which includes light Cleaning and Staging of sale.
*Sale supplies to include tables, tents and signage.
*Marketing and Advertising of Sale.
*Staff to facilitate sale.
*Pack up of leftover items for Donation and dropping off or having the donations picked up.
